Welcome to GŌDNESS. This website is operated by Godness Apparel LLC ("GŌDNESS," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms explain the use of our website and launch updates. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.

1. Our collection and website

Our first apparel collection is in development. We are not currently accepting new product orders. Collection previews and waitlist registration do not constitute a purchase, reserve an item, or guarantee that a particular size or color will be available.

We aim to keep collection information accurate. Development details and planned release dates may change before launch. The product information and policies made available when purchasing opens will describe the items offered for sale.

2. Waitlist and launch updates

Joining the email waitlist is free and includes notifications leading up to the drop and 30-minute early access before the public opening. Optional SMS signup is coming soon and is currently unavailable. When available, the SMS signup offer will include free standard shipping on your first order. Any waitlist benefit we previously promised you will still be honored. Early access does not reserve inventory or guarantee availability.

Use accurate contact information when signing up. Marketing messages are sent according to the consent you provide. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use and protect the information you submit.

SMS collection updates

If you choose to sign up for GŌDNESS text alerts, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Godness Apparel LLC at the mobile number you provide, including collection news, launch reminders, and offers. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Signing up for texts is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of joining the email waitlist.

Message frequency varies with collection releases and promotions. Your mobile carrier may charge for messages and data. To stop our marketing texts, reply STOP to a message from this program. We will send a single confirmation of your opt-out. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@gōdness.com. You may also reach us through our Contact page.

Please provide a mobile number you are authorized to use. If that number changes, update your subscription before continuing to receive texts. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

3. Orders, shipping, and returns

Before new product orders open, we will publish the applicable product information, prices, shipping destinations, delivery information, and return conditions. Any taxes and delivery charges applicable to an order will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy explain the current position. For any previous order, the shipping, return, and refund terms in effect when that order was placed continue to apply. These Terms do not reduce your rights under those terms or applicable consumer law.

4. Product images and information

Lighting and screen settings can affect how colors appear. Images identified as concepts, previews, or mockups illustrate a creative direction and are not photographs of a finished product. Product descriptions and specifications provided when ordering describe what is being offered for sale.

This does not limit your rights if a product is faulty or does not match its description. If you have a question about a product or an order, please contact us.

5. Responsible use

Please use this website lawfully. Do not submit false information, impersonate someone else, attempt to access information you are not authorized to access, interfere with the website's operation, or introduce harmful code. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the website and its users.

6. Our brand and content

The GŌDNESS name, wordmark, designs, photographs, text, and other materials on this website are owned by us or used with permission, where applicable. You may share links to our website and use any sharing features we provide. Please obtain permission before reproducing or using our brand assets or website content commercially, except where the law permits that use.

7. Your rights and changes to these Terms

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms as our website and collection develop. The updated version will show its revision date. Changes apply prospectively and do not reduce the rights attached to an order already placed.
